Cronos Against Hunger
The Cronos Against Hunger Campaign began in 2020 with a single objective: Helping to combat the hunger that plagues families, NGOs and institutions in situations of poverty in the midst of a global pandemic. In the first year of the edition, we collected more than 4 tons of food in basic baskets and milk boxes.
Cronos Pet Month
The Cronos Pet Month campaign emerged with the main objective of helping with the needs of NGOs and people who dedicate time to the animal cause. Many caregivers and volunteers stop eating to buy food and take care of the animals' other needs.
Environment Week
Environment Week takes place during the first week of June and aims to draw attention and raise awareness in society and governments about the need to implement measures to prevent environmental degradation.
Here at Cronos, the first edition took place in 2022 and its main theme was the 5 Rs of sustainability: Rethink, Refuse, Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. This is a policy that aims to reduce the generation of waste in our environment and, consequently, on the planet. It helps to change our behavior towards consumption and the way we deal with the waste generated.
Selective collect
Thinking about how we can reduce our impact on the Environment, a simple and highly relevant initiative was implemented in our office, we provide bins for the disposal of organic and recyclable waste. Furthermore, we strongly encourage the use of reusable goals to reduce plastic consumption in our environment.
Conscious Disposal
In addition to organic and recyclable waste bins, we also provide containers for disposing of batteries, plastic bottle caps and can seals. This way we can dispose of it correctly and even donate some materials to institutions that carry out recycling projects.
Easter Don Bosco
In April 2022, we joined together in partnership with Parque Dom Bosco de Itajaí for an Easter action in favor of children served in the social work. For every box of chocolate donated by an employee, another would be donated by Cronos. In the end, we collected more than 400 boxes of chocolates and made these children's Easter happier and sweeter.
